Tomatoes Drizzled with Olive Oil & Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients:

  • 6 tomatoes of various colors
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamix vinegar
  • 4 basil leaves
  • fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon Kosher salt

Directions:

  • Core tomatoes and slice them thinly and arrange on platter.
  • Pour olive oil & Balsamic vinegar into a cup
  • Swirl together, but don’t over-mix
  • Pour over tomatoes
  • Sprinkle with basil leaves
  • Sprinkle freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Sprinkle Kosher salt
  • Flavor is best if set aside for about 15 minutes
