Tomatoes Drizzled with Olive Oil & Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients:
- 6 tomatoes of various colors
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamix vinegar
- 4 basil leaves
- fresh ground black pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon Kosher salt
Directions:
- Core tomatoes and slice them thinly and arrange on platter.
- Pour olive oil & Balsamic vinegar into a cup
- Swirl together, but don’t over-mix
- Pour over tomatoes
- Sprinkle with basil leaves
- Sprinkle freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Sprinkle Kosher salt
- Flavor is best if set aside for about 15 minutes
