Italian "Love" Cake

Ingredients:

  1. 1 box chocolate cake mix (any brand)
  2. 1 lb ricotta cheese
  3. 1 c sugar
  4. 2 teaspoon vanilla
  5. 2 eggs
  6. 1 container cool whip
  7. 1 c milk
  8. 1 box instant chocolate pudding

Preparation:

Cake:

  1. Follow box directions and make cake.
  2. Pour into your 8x11 pan and set aside.
  3. Mix ricotta cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
  4. Mix well and pour evenly over cake batter.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes.

Icing:

  1. In mixing bowl add instant pudding and milk, mix until pudding, fold in your cool whip and mix until completely mixed together.
  2. Refrigerate until your cake is cooled then add your icing.
