Grilled Portobello Mushrooms Italian Style

Ingredients:
- 4 Large Portobello mushroom caps (cleaned)
- 2 Tbs lemon juice
- 1 Tbs Balsamic vineger
- 1 cup virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbs minced basil and thyme
- 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
Preparation:
- Place mushrooms in a shallow bowl.
- In another bowl mix marinade: lemon juice, vineger, minced basil and thyme,
oil and garlic.
- Pour mix over mushrooms then flipping mushrooms to coat both sides for about
15 minutes.
- Heat pan till hot, then add mushrooms and grill each side about 3 minutes
basting with remainder marinade untill soft.
Makes 4 servings....BUON APPETITO!
