Grilled Portobello Mushrooms Italian Style

Ingredients:

  1. 4 Large Portobello mushroom caps (cleaned)
  2. 2 Tbs lemon juice
  3. 1 Tbs Balsamic vineger
  4. 1 cup virgin olive oil
  5. 1 Tbs minced basil and thyme
  6. 2 cloves of garlic (minced)

Preparation:

  1. Place mushrooms in a shallow bowl.
  2. In another bowl mix marinade: lemon juice, vineger, minced basil and thyme, oil and garlic.
  3. Pour mix over mushrooms then flipping mushrooms to coat both sides for about 15 minutes.
  4. Heat pan till hot, then add mushrooms and grill each side about 3 minutes basting with remainder marinade untill soft.
Makes 4 servings....BUON APPETITO!
