Fusilli Con Zucchine

Ingredients:

  • Fusilli (350 g)
  • Zucchine (2)
  • Olio extravergine d'oliva 4 cucchiai
  • Aglio
  • Origano
  • Peperoncino
  • Sale
  • Parmigiano grattugiato

Directions:

  • Far soffriggere l'aglio tagliato fine, aggiungere le zucchine tagliate a cubetti.
  • Lasciare cuocere per circa 10 min a fuoco vivace aggiungendo un po' d'acqua se necessario.
  • Aggiungere il sale, peperoncino macinato quanto basta e una spruzzata di origano.
  • Cuocere i fusilli al dente e condirli con la salsa ottenuta cospargendo di parmigiano al momento di servire.
  • Drop dabs of butter and brown sugar over vegetables.
  • Bake for 1 hour.
