Angel Hair -- BACI BACI!

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup boiling water
• 1 cup diced fresh tomatoes
• 1/2 cup fresh (chopped & peeled) green pepper
• 1/2 cup fresh (chopped & peeled) red pepper
• 1 cloved fresh/raw garlic (slivered)
• 1 tablespoon (virgin/light) olive oil
• 1 tablespoon chopped sun-dried tomatoes
• 1 cup chopped fresh spinach * basil * rosemary
• 1 tablespoon of Italian seasonings of choice
  *dried red pepper..pepper..oragano..etc..no salts*
• sprinkle Parmesan & Romano cheeses

Directions:

• Add ingredients to cooked ANGEL HAIR pasta (per bowl)....
